The Vogue

The  Vogue  is  a  collection  of  23  penthouse lofts perched atop a renovated Heritage Designated building located adjacent to Market Square and across from the McPherson Theatre.

The priorities in the renovation were the restoration  of  the  original  facade  of  the  building  as  well  as  the  exposure of the old timber column and beam structural system on the interior.

The addition of a mezzanine level on the rooftop of the building allowed 17-foot loft  spaces  to  be  created,  providing  each  suite  with  a  bright,  spacious interior  as  well  as  a  private  rooftop  garden.  Mountain  Equipment  Co-op is the new tenant of the ground floor retail space.
