• Space planning, master planning
• Schematic design & visualization

• CAD: Revit and/or Vectorworks and Sketchup
• Wood frame construction & building envelope best practicesResponsibilities:
• Lead designer and project manager for multiple concurrent projects, working both independently and heading up small internal teams
• Translate Client/owner objectives into architectural design, continually tracking and updating project metrics.
• Maintain existing client relationships and help build new ones
• Responsible for the complete integration of all building systems and technical requirement with the architectural design
• Establish project schedules and milestones and then deliver work on time and budget
• Direct, organize, mentor, and inspire junior staff
• Make presentations to clients, panels, community groups, and councils
