The Bohemia

Devised as an innovative solution to a narrow, infil lot near the downtown core, The Bohemia is an eight unit townhouse with exterior walkway linking three floors of wood frame suites over a concrete parking garage that provides a separate single car garage for each suite.

A small commercial space on the ground floor facing the street accommodates a neighborhood coffee shop. A two level suite is located above. The remaining one and two level compact suites are oriented to the south overlooking the adjacent church courtyard and rose window.
