Seaport West

Located between Sidney Marina and The Pier, the development is a collection of retail, commercial, and residential buildings. A natural material palette of wood, stone, concrete and glass knits the collection into an integrated whole.

The low profile minimizes the effect of the development on views from neighboring properties and provides a transition from the larger scaled residential buildings and commercial core to the waterfront beyond.
