Portsmouth Professional Building

Embedded along the edge of a residential community, the Portsmouth Professional Building is phase two of the business development. Set back from the street, the Portsmouth Professional Building offers offers three levels of office space to the neighbourhood catering to doctors and other professionals.
While responding to the site in an individual manner, the buildings share many of the same details and material attributes to create a sense of continuity as users navigate their way through the site. The rear of the site integrates a series of bio-swales into the parking area, with the intent of adding porosity to the hardscape. A change of material demarcates the pedestrian path that weaves from the front to the rear of the site, linking both buildings with the street.
Within the building, three of the tenant spaces were designed and developed. Skin Care West is a medical and surgical dermatology clinic located on the third floor of the building, facing the southern edge of the site. Tapestry Integrative Health is a physiotherapy studio, which is also located on the third floor of the building, facing the street. Also facing Portsmouth Road, M. Graham & Associates is a chartered professional accountants firm, that is located on the main floor of the building. The three spaces enjoy high ceilings and tall windows that create bright and enjoyable work environments. The three tenant spaces were completed in: 2019, 2019 and 2020 respectively.
