sAYWARD Hill Phase I & II

Sayward Hill Phase I is the first in the comprehensive redevelopment of the old municipal gravel extraction facility at Sayward Hill in Cordova Bay. The master plan includes for a total of 202 units on 37 acres of restored property.

Phase I consists of a 24 suite 6-storey condominium building and 5 townhouses sharing a common underground parking structure. Phase 2 consists of 5 additional townhouses. The exterior material palette of cedar siding, limestone veneer and granite landscape walls defines the standard for the rest of the development. These residences all enjoy spectacular views Haro Strait and Mount Baker with a par-3 ridge course in the foreground.
