Raised ceilings with large overhangs invite the low winter sunlight into the core of the Remax building to illuminate the offices within, while protecting the building environment from the hot summer time rays.  

The renovation provides a variety of office spaces around the perimeter of a shared meeting area where the team can gather.  Views to small green pockets are framed by storefront glass, so that portions of the building apear to melt out into the landscape.

The existing building and new addition are separated by a sunlight filled lobby that  looks out into a green space. This soft connection between the main reception and the office wing greets the staff as they begin their day and separates work areas from louder meeting spaces.
