The Paragon 

Located near the corner of Shelbourne Street and Cedar Hill X Road, this project transformed a suburban strip mall into a small scale urban plaza. This three-storey mixed-use building brings retail storefront to the street with two floors of high quality commercial office space above. Sidewalk improvements cater to the pedestrian experience. 

The building was designed with exemplary sustainability features and was awarded LEED Gold Core and Shell certification.
