Mattick's Green

Part of a mixed-use comprehensive plan for the 25 acre property, Mattick’s Green provides 32 condominium units in twin four-storey towers located along the southern edge of Cordova Bay Golf Course.

All units have panoramic vistas over the golf course, the ocean and mountains beyond. The project incorporates natural stone and custom stain cedar siding to complement its natural surroundings.
