Duet 

Located at 640 Michigan Street, Duet brings 90 modern homes to the James Bay neighbourhood, and was designed in close collaboration with Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership of Vancouver.

The project consists of an eight-storey and a four-storey building over three levels of shared secured parking, with storage units and bicycle stanchions. Bonding the two buildings together is Duet's courtyard; a green, serene proposition for both residents and pedestrians on Michigan Street. The courtyard begins at the street, rooting it into the neighbourhood and inviting the eye to enter.

de Hoog & Kierulf architects designed the 28 unit Duet West, a four-storey wood-frame construction with fine brick, cement panels and metal exterior detailing.
