Centra Gas

Located on South Bay at Victoria’s Selkirk Waterfront, this 7,874 square foot turn-key development project includes offices, workshops, maintenance garages and warehousing for the operating component of a major gas utility company. 

The elongated building form presents a calm uncluttered wall shielding the street and adjacent water’s edge from the interior works yard.  The scale of the building and use of finish materials are sympathetic to adjacent heritage industrial buildings.
