947 Fort Street

Retail storefront and the main lobby entrance is located along the commercial Fort Street. Ground floor residential suites and the underground parking entrance is located along the park-like Meares Street.

High efficiency glass in anodized aluminum frames, glazed canopies and metal sunshades all provide a delicate contrast to the solid red brick pillars anchoring the building to the street. Balconies and stepped green roof elements provide natural access to the outdoors at every floor.
